LSI has a long history of providing annual software support to customers both on and off annual maintenance. We provide all the support services a company requires from their Ross ERP application both technical and functional as well as their Servers, Network and total infrastructure. Actually many of LSI associates are the original team that assisted "Ross Systems" years ago with version 2.D when there were 1500 critical bugs in the software. It was our job to find work arounds or fix the bugs so customers could actually use the software. That was then and of course the Ross ERP application is much better today and our Support Services are still going strong!
Upgrade
Move from an old version of Ross ERP to the latest version. We do both small and huge upgrades and all have been very successful. We provide upgrade functional training, data migration, and we eliminate modifications!
